AT SUMMER FANCY FOOD SHOW


Raleigh, NC (June 5, 2012) – Ford’s Gourmet Foods announced that they would be featuring new products at the NASFT Summer Fancy Food Show in Washington, DC.

“While we love all of our all natural products, I think we are most excited that everything we sell is now 100% gluten free,” said Sandi Ford, President of Ford‘s Gourmet Foods. “We’re thrilled to introduce new products in all four lines:  two new Bone Suckin’ Sauce Seasoning & Rubs for Steak and Seafood,  Southern Yum Pecan Brittles, Fire Dancer Seasoning and Earth Family Mixes.”

The new products are:

Earth Family This line already includes several flavors and choices of Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Teriyaki Sauce and a collection of Dip and Seasoning Mixes.   We are introducing Pancake & Waffle Mix, Bread & Muffin Mix and Cobbler Mix. Doesn’t taste grainy!  A portion of proceeds goes toward nutrition education.

Southern Yum “We’re a Bunch of Softies!” The Original Soft Pecan Brittle has been coined “The South’s Softest Pecan Brittle.”  This old fashioned, buttery brittle is handmade in small batches from North Carolina pecans.  Only American chocolate covers our Chocolate Pecan Brittle.

Fire Dancer Seasoning & Mixes The award winning seasoning recipe from our Fire Dancer Jalapeño Nuts is now available on its own as a cooking Seasoning & Rub and a Popcorn Seasoning.
