Bone Suckin' Barbecue Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
Bone Suckin’ Sauce, 1 cup
Chicken , ½ per person

Bone Suckin' Barbecue Chicken Recipe Directions:
Preheat charcoal or gas grill
* Quarter chicken and place on a preheated charcoal or gas grill 6" to 8" above heat.
* Cook Bone Suckin' Barbecue Chicken for about 1 hour and 30 minutes turning once half way through and basting both sides with Bone Suckin’ Sauce.
* You need the internal temperature of the chicken to reach 165 degrees. (Optional - baste with butter at with 20 minutes left in the cooking). Serve the Bone Suckin' Barbecue Chicken Recipe with your favorite side.


Bone Suckin' Grilled Turkey Recipe

Bone Suckin' Grilled Turkey Recipe Ingredients:
Bone Suckin’ Sauce, (4) 16 oz. jars
Turkey (fresh or thawed) under 16 lbs.
Meat thermometer

Bone Suckin' Grilled Turkey Recipe Directions:
Remove insides of Turkey and wash. Preheat oven or grill to 350° using half the burners. Place turkey on grill away from the lit burners. Cooking time is between 2 to 2 1/2 hours for 8-12 pound Turkey or 3 to 4 hours for 12-16 lb. turkey. (Keep the grill closed and let it cook.) Turkey internal temperature needs to be 180°.

During the last 20 minutes, baste with Bone Suckin’ Sauce on each side, turning once. Coat turkey generously. Wait 15-20 minutes after you take Bone Suckin’ Turkey off the grill before carving. After carving use one jar of Bone Suckin’ Sauce and pour over carved Bone Suckin' Turkey. Use a jar of Bone Suckin’ Mustard for incredible leftover sandwiches!


Bone Suckin' Yaki Seared Ahi Tuna Recipe

Ahi Tuna Ingredients:
Tuna Steaks, 4 Sashimi Grade
Olive Oil, 1 Tbs
Bone Suckin’ Sauce Thicker Style, 1 Cup
Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub, 1 Cup
Habanero Hot Sauce, 2 Tbsp. (Spicy Version)

Marinade Ingredients:
Bone Suckin’ Yaki ½ cup
Cilantro, 2 Tbs freshly chopped
Garlic Clove minced, 1 small
Jalapeño, 1 tsp diced fresh
Lime Juice, from 1 lime

Mango Salsa Ingredients:
Mangos, 3 ripe cut into small chunks
Roasted Red Peppers, 2 Tbs chopped
Garlic Clove, 1 small minced
Jalapeño, 1 Fresh diced
Lime Juice, 2 limes
Salt + Pepper to taste

Bone Suckin' Yaki Seared Ahi Tuna Recipe Directions:
In a small bowl whisk together the above marinade ingredients. Gently pierce tuna steaks with a fork on both sides and place in re-sealable bag. Pour Marinade over tuna and place in the refrigerator for 15 mins. Combine above Mango Salsa ingredients in bowl and set aside. Add olive oil to a sauté pan and pre-heat over Medium. Remove tuna from re-sealable bag place in pre-heated sauté pan. Cook 30 seconds – 1 minute on each side depending on how you like your tuna prepared. Rare tuna will only need 30 seconds on each side. While searing the tuna add remaining Marinade Ingredients to pan. Remove and slice ¼ inch thick. Serve our Bone Suckin' Yaki Seared Ahi Tuna with Mango Salsa.

Bone Suckin' Blackberry Chicken Salad Recipe Ingredients:
Bone Suckin’ Sauce, (2) 16 oz. jars
Chicken Breast, skinless & boneless, 4
Blackberries, 1 cup
Walnuts, ½ cup
Gourmet Greens Salad Mix, 16 oz.

Bone Suckin' Blackberry Chicken Salad Recipe Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Place chicken breast in oven safe pan. Pour 1 jar of Bone Suckin’ Sauce over chicken. Bake in oven until done. Cut into strips. Place on gourmet greens salad, add fresh blackberries and shelled walnut pieces. Use other ½ of the jar of Bone Suckin’ Sauce to drizzle over Bone Suckin' Blackberry Chicken Salad and serve.

Bone Suckin' Fabulous Ribs in the Oven Recipe Ingredients:
Bone Suckin' Sauce 16 oz., 1 jar
Orange Juice, 12 oz.
Baby Back Pork Ribs, 5 lbs.

Bone Suckin' Fabulous Ribs in the Oven Recipe Directions:
Preheat grill or oven to 300°
Mix Bone Suckin' Sauce and orange juice. Put ribs in shallow pan and baste with sauce. Cover with foil. Place pan with ribs on it on the grill for 3 hours at 300. Uncover, baste with Bone Suckin' Sauce. Raise grill temp to 350°. Cook 30 minutes uncovered but still in pan, basting again after first 15 minutes. The Bone Suckin' Fabulous Ribs in the Oven Recipe serves 4.

Bone Suckin' Mouth Watering Meatloaf Recipe Ingredients:
Bone Suckin’ Sauce, 1 cup
Bone Suckin’ Salsa, 1 16 oz. jar
Bone Suckin' Yaki, ½ cup
Ground Beef, 3 lbs.
Eggs, 3 whisked
Black Pepper, ½ tsp
Salt, ½ tsp
Crackers, 1 sleeve approximately 40 crackers

Preheat oven to 375º. Combine all above ingredients. (Use your hands, they are the best mixing tools) Bake un-covered for 50 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes, slice and serve. Our Bone Suckin' Mouth Watering Meatloaf Recipe serves 4.

Bone Suckin' Hamburger Casserole Recipe Ingredients:
Bone Suckin’ Sauce, 8 oz.
Mexicorn, 1 can, 11 oz.
Worcestershire Sauce, 2 T.
Ground beef (80/20), 2 lb browned
Mexican 4 Cheese, 8 oz. shredded
Elbow macaroni, 2 cups
Medium sweet onion, 1 diced
Diced tomatoes, 1 large can, 28 oz.
Chili Powder, 2 T.
Tomato sauce, 8 oz.

Bone Suckin' Hamburger Casserole Recipe Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef. Cook macaroni according to directions on package. Drain when done. While macaroni is cooking, mix all other ingredients except cheese. Stir and add ground beef. Stir and add macaroni. Place mixture in 3 qt. casserole dish and top with cheese. Cook, uncovered, in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted. The Bone Suckin' Hamburger Casserole Recipe makes 12-15 servings.

Cream Cheese, 8 oz.
