Bone Suckin' Yaki Seared Ahi Tuna Recipe
Ahi Tuna Ingredients:
Tuna Steaks, 4 Sashimi Grade
Olive Oil, 1 Tbs
Bone Suckin’ Sauce Thicker Style, 1 Cup
Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub, 1 Cup
Habanero Hot Sauce, 2 Tbsp. (Spicy Version)
Marinade Ingredients:
Bone Suckin’ Yaki ½ cup
Cilantro, 2 Tbs freshly chopped
Garlic Clove minced, 1 small
Jalapeño, 1 tsp diced fresh
Lime Juice, from 1 lime
Mango Salsa Ingredients:
Mangos, 3 ripe cut into small chunks
Roasted Red Peppers, 2 Tbs chopped
Garlic Clove, 1 small minced
Jalapeño, 1 Fresh diced
Lime Juice, 2 limes
Salt + Pepper to taste
Bone Suckin' Yaki Seared Ahi Tuna Recipe Directions:
In a small bowl whisk together the above marinade ingredients. Gently pierce tuna steaks with a fork on both sides and place in re-sealable bag. Pour Marinade over tuna and place in the refrigerator for 15 mins. Combine above Mango Salsa ingredients in bowl and set aside. Add olive oil to a sauté pan and pre-heat over Medium. Remove tuna from re-sealable bag place in pre-heated sauté pan. Cook 30 seconds – 1 minute on each side depending on how you like your tuna prepared. Rare tuna will only need 30 seconds on each side. While searing the tuna add remaining Marinade Ingredients to pan. Remove and slice ¼ inch thick. Serve our Bone Suckin' Yaki Seared Ahi Tuna with Mango Salsa.

Bone Suckin' Yaki Salmon Patties Recipe Ingredients:
Bone Suckin' Yaki, 5 oz.
Salmon, 15oz can
Egg, 1 large
Crackers 8 (your favorite)
Olive oil, Dash
Bone Suckin' Yaki Salmon Patties Recipe Directions:
Mix together all the above ingredients except oil and make into sandwich size patties. Lightly coat skillet with olive oil and preheat. Brown the patties on each side. Pour Yaki in skillet in small amount surrounding the patties but not covering them, keeping patties turned continually for about 10 minutes. Serve the Bone Suckin' Yaki Salmon Patties with your favorite sandwich style bread and enjoy! Makes 4 patties.

Bone Suckin' Yaki Ternderloin Recipe Ingredients:
Bone Suckin' Yaki, 5 oz.
Pork Tenderloin, 1 lb.
Rosemary, 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper, 1 tsp. ground
Bone Suckin' Yaki Tenderloin Recipe Directions:
Preheat charcoal or gas grill. Slice tenderloin into 3/4" medallions. Sprinkle with rosemary and pepper. Marinate in glass bowl or bag 30 minutes with Bone Suckin' Yaki. Grill 15 minutes or until done. Our Bone Suckin' Yaki Tenderloin Recipe serves 4.
Bone Suckin' Yaki Salmon Recipe
Bone Suckin' Yaki Salmon Recipe Ingredients:
Bone Suckin’ Yaki, 3/4 cup
Frozen limeade, 6oz. thawed
Olive oil, 3/4 cup
Garlic, 2 Tbsp. minced
Fresh Rosemary, 2 Tbsp. chopped
Frozen Salmon steaks or fillets, 4 (4 to 6 oz. each)
Bone Suckin' Yaki Salmon Recipe Directions:
Combine Yaki, limeade, olive oil, garlic and rosemary in a flat dish (or gallon-size Zip-top plastic bag) Rinse glaze from frozen salmon using cold water; pat dry and place in marinade. Turn to coat and refrigerate 30 min. Heat a heavy nonstick skillet or ridged stovetop grill pan over medium high heat. Remove salmon from marinade and place in pan. Cook, uncovered, 3-4 min, until brown. Turn salmon over, cover pan tightly and reduce heat to medium. Cook an additional 5-8 min or just until opaque throughout. Pour rest of marinade in small sauce pan and heat thoroughly. Use as extra sauce over salmon or over a side dish of rice. OUr Bone Suckin' Yaki Salmon Recipe makes 4 servings.

Bone Suckin' Mouth Watering Meatloaf Recipe Ingredients:
Bone Suckin’ Sauce, 1 cup
Bone Suckin’ Salsa, 1 16 oz. jar
Bone Suckin' Yaki, ½ cup
Ground Beef, 3 lbs.
Eggs, 3 whisked
Black Pepper, ½ tsp
Salt, ½ tsp
Crackers, 1 sleeve approximately 40 crackers

Bone Suckin' Teriyaki Chicken Wings Recipe Ingredients:
Hiccuppin' Hot Sauce, 3 Tbs.
Bone Suckin' Yaki, 13.25 oz. jar
Hot Bone Suckin' Sauce, 20 oz.
Chicken Wings, 24
Butter, one 4 oz. stick
Carrots, 1 lb, cut into 4" sticks
Celery, 1 stalk, cut into 4" sticks
Bone Suckin' Teriyaki Chicken Wings Recipe Directions:
Preheat oil in skillet to 375˚. Melt butter in sauce pan. Add Hot Bone Suckin' Sauce & Hiccuppin' Hot Sauce. Simmer on stove. Fry chicken wings in oil at 375˚° for 10 min. or until done. Drain excess oil from chicken wings. Submerge chicken wings into sauce on stove. Remove and place chicken wings on cookie sheet. Bake chicken wings in oven at 350˚° for 10 min. Remove chicken wings from oven and submerge into the sauce pan on stove turning once. Drain. Pour Bone Suckin' Yaki over half the Bone Suckin' Teriyaki Chicken Wings and serve. Bone Suckin' Yaki Perfect Steak Recipe Ingredients:
Bone Suckin’ Yaki, 13.25 oz. jar
Ribeye Steaks, 4
Bone Suckin' Yaki Perfect Steak Recipe Directions:
Preheat charcoal or gas grill. Pierce steaks with fork several times on each side. Place steaks and Yaki in a Zip-lock bag. Marinate in refrigerator for at least one hour. Remove from refrigerator and let stand 20 minutes at room temperature. Grill steaks for 3 minutes on each side or until desired temperature. (Rare/130º, Medium Rare/145°, Medium/160°, Medium Well/165º, Well Done/170º) Remove from Grill, let stand 5 minutes and serve.
