Steak Seasoning Gravy

After the seasoned steaks have cooked, remove to rest, leaving remaining seasoning and fat drippings in pan. Add 1 tablespoon of flour to the saucepan and stir with a wire whisk to make a roux. Cook over medium-low heat about 1 minute. Slowly whisk in 1/4 cup of milk and stir until thickened. Serve alongside steak or over mashed potatoes.

Steak Seasoning Turkey Gravy

After the turkey has cooked, remove the bird to rest, leaving remaining seasoning and fat drippings in pan. Transfer all pan drippings to a medium size saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons of flour to the the saucepan and stir with a wire whisk to make a roux. Cook over medium-low heat about 1 minute. Slowly whisk in 1/2 cup to 1cup of milk, stirring to desired consistency. The more milk, the thinner the gravy. If gravy gets too thin, add a pinch of flour and whisk to desired thickness. Salt and pepper to taste.
